This is the “last call” for Organizations and Sponsors to have a table and two chairs on Duck Race Day. This is a great opportunity to promote your organization. This year, you can choose between Riverside Plaza or Bond Park (or both, if you can staff both locations at the same time). You can sell duck adoptions, hand out information (or cookies or candy), have an activity, etc. Duck adoptions can be sold right up until 1:00 p.m.
Please look at the maps below and let us know where you prefer to be. It would be best to select your top three choices. Send email to duckcentral@epduckrace.org to reserve your table today! As noted at the kickoff meeting, Bond Park will have the stage and music and a little bit of food, and Riverside Plaza will have live music as well. Riverside Plaza is the finish line.
If you want a table/chairs, please let us know by Friday, April 19, 2024. Tables are typically manned from about 10:30 until the ducks drop at 1:00. However, if you want to stay all day be sure to let us know so we can make sure you’re in a good location for being there all day. Please note that staffing a table does NOT qualify as your organization’s volunteer requirement.
