Thank you so much for being a generous sponsor for last year’s Rotary Duck Race Festival in which we were happy to be back in the river. Your contribution was put to good use, and the duck race would be impossible without you. Thanks to you, our generous sponsors, we were able to return $161,709 to 66 participating organizations.
Sponsorships allow us to return an impressive 95% of Duck Adoption proceeds to over 60 participating Nonprofit Organizations and Charities who provide valuable services to those who live in the Estes Valley. This return is much higher than most hosted fundraising events.
We have a new option for registering this year. You can now register online by clicking here. Or if you prefer, you can print this invoice and mail it in with your check. Either way, the payments should be mailed to PO Box 1226, Estes Park, CO 80517.
We have three levels of sponsorship: Major, Associate, and our Named Sponsor level. We are proud to announce that Claire’s Restaurant and Bar has stepped up again to be our Named Sponsor! See below for the benefits associated with each level of sponsorship.
The annual Rotary Duck Race Festival in Estes Park is one of the oldest duck races in the United States. Over the past 34 years, the Rotary Duck Race Festival has impressively returned over $3 million to the participating organizations. We deeply appreciate the willingness of sponsors, who make it possible to help these sixty-plus non-profit and charitable organizations carry out their mission to make our town a better place to live.

| As a MAJOR Sponsor you will receive the following benefits: | ||
| Your logo will be listed weekly in the Estes Park News ad in the weeks leading up to the duck race. The sooner you respond, the more exposure you will receive. | ||
| Your logo will be on the Duck Race Facebook Page for you to share to your page. | ||
| Your logo will be displayed on the Duck Race web site where thousands of fans purchase their tickets and where prize winners are posted following the race. | ||
| You will receive a large personalized “Sponsor Duck” to display at your place of business. On race day, your duck will swim across the finish line at Riverside Plaza and will be on display at the plaza during race day festivities. | ||
| Your name will be announced over the PA system by the Master of Ceremonies as your sponsor duck crosses the finish line. | ||
| You can register to have a table and two chairs at Riverside Plaza to promote your business during the first half of race day festivities. | ||
| Your sponsor duck will be delivered to your place of business and a short video will be created which will be posted on the Duck Race Facebook page and shared with you. | ||
| As a NAMED Sponsor you will receive all the benefits of a Major sponsor, plus the following: | ||
| The Rocky Mountain Channel will produce a 60 second commercial with you and “Lucky” the duck race mascot. | ||
| The commercial will be aired 3 times per day beginning April 18th until race day, May 7th. | ||
| During the race you will be interviewed live on air by the Master of Ceremonies. | ||
| Your commercial will be aired on the Rocky Mountain Channel once a day, every day, until the kickoff for the 2023 race. | ||
| As the Named Sponsor for the Duck Race, your company name will be prominently displayed in our weekly sponsor ad in the Estes Park News in the weeks leading up to the race. | ||
| Your company name and logo will be displayed at the top of the Duck Race poster that is distributed to many locations throughout Estes Park. | ||
| You will be listed as a Named Sponsor on our Facebook Page where we have over 1,500 followers, and on our website where people buy their adoptions online and where the prize winners are announced. | ||
| A press release will be written and published in both local newspapers, recognizing your business as the named sponsor for the 2023 Estes Park Duck Race. | ||
